Spain from the start of May as part of a new coronavirus vaccine passport plan.The sunny destination could allow tourists to visit as the country begins to reopen for holidays early this summer, according to the latest plans.Spain's tourism minister Reyes Maroto said UK travellers will be required to have had a vaccine and a recent negative coronavirus test or have Covid-19 antibodies, Sky News reports.Under Scotland's lockdown route map, there is currently no date set for when international travel will be allowed to resume, while people in England can travel abroad from May 17.Spain introduced travel restrictions on UK passengers in December, which mean very few people have been allowed to travel into the country.There is currently a ban.
