A small group of Manchester United supporters on Saturday protested against the club’s owners at Old Trafford. With United not in action during the international break, a protest had been planned on social media by fans as they continue to voice their opposition to the Glazer family.
Green and gold images – which have been synonymous with previous protests in reference to the club’s original colours when they were founded as Newton Heath – were shared along with the #GlazerOut hashtag by supporters as the protest was organised for 3pm outside the club’s ground.
