Sir Paul McCartney has claimed that his vision has been aided by practicing eye yoga. While many people flock to the usual yoga routines to help with their body, the Beatles star has confessed that the eye version has allowed him to read a newspaper without his glasses.
The legendary musician, 78, admits that the form of exercise can "look a bit weird" but insists he is reaping the rewards from it.
