Simon Cowell's South London mansion is undergoing renovation. The plush pad, thought to be worth £15million, has been taken over by builders and scaffolding has been erected around the seven-bedroom property.
The music mogul, 61, who also has luxurious estates in Beverly Hills and Malibu, is reportedly having the home transformed after planning permission was granted last year.
Photos taken from outside the home show the building surrounded by workmen in hard hats as they move material and tools. Part of the driveway has been cleared so that the builders can prepare materials, as well as park a van, and other parts of the house that are being focused on have been framed with scaffolding poles and sheets.
