Shadow sports minister Alison McGovern has proposed 20 questions to government over the Premier League's Project Restart plan to resume the 2019/20 season.
In a letter seen by Mirror Sport, the Labour MP for Wirral South has asked sports minister Nigel Adams to "swiftly" provide information on a range of subjects surrounding the plan, including the amount of coronavirus testing that will be needed, the safety of participants and how many medical staff will be in attendance for behind closed doors matches.
The Premier League are meeting on Monday to discuss their latest approach, with matters surrounding training protocols and medical guidelines set to be discussed.
