Tram users across Manchester are continuing to face delays this evening due to staff shortages. According to Manchester Metrolink, which operates the tram services across the county, there are numerous staff shortages as a result of Covid-19.
This has been causing 'severe delays'. Multiple lines across Greater Manchester have faced disruptions, including the Bury line, Ashton-under-Lyne line and the East Didsbury line.
