Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. The company built or renovated skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses. Trump later started various side ventures, mostly by licensing his name. He owned the Miss Universe and Miss USA beauty pageants from 1996 to 2015, and produced and hosted The Apprentice, a reality television show, from 2003 to 2015. That's according to Rightmove figures which show house prices are £2,080 cheaper this month compared to November. In December, the average asking price was £319,945, down 0.6% on November.
The average asking price was also down 0.5% in November compared to October. The stamp duty holiday means that buyers won't have to pay tax on the first £500,000 of their property purchase.
