Donald John Trump (born June 14, 1946) is the 45th and current president of the United States. Before entering politics, he was a businessman and television personality. Hopeful buyers could get lucky this month, with more than £2,000 knocked off house prices as owners look to sell up before the end of the stamp duty holiday.
That's according to Rightmove figures which show house prices are £2,080 cheaper this month compared to November. In December, the average asking price was £319,945, down 0.6% on November.
The average asking price was also down 0.5% in November compared to October. The stamp duty holiday means that buyers won't have to pay tax on the first £500,000 of their property purchase.
