Scotland's best performing state schools have been announced in this year's 2021 league table. The Times has ranked all Scots high schools on the percentage of pupils attaining the 'gold standard' of five Highers.
In this year's league table, a Glasgow secondary was named as Scotland's top performer - for the sixth year in a row. Jordanhill School, in the city's west end, is the only government-aided secondary school and has once again topped the table with 86 per cent of pupils reaching the mark.
