The missing numbers will be included in tomorrow's data.According to Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Clackmannanshire now has the highest infection rate in the country – at 139.7 as of Sunday, May 23.The second-highest is Glasgow City which has a rate of 136.8 while East Renfrewshire (113.1) has the third-highest.
