two car smash on a busy road in west Fife. Police were called to the scene on the A985 near Crossford at around 4.30pm on Wednesday, May 19, after the alarm was raised.
Pictures from the scene show a wrecked silver car lying in the middle of the carriageway with the front bumper ripped off.Local reports claim the second vehicle careered into a field, however, no one is believed to have suffered any life-threatening injuries.The road was temporarily blocked however traffic has begun to move while officers remain at the scene.Traffic Scotland tweeted: “A985 remains partially blocked in both directions between Limekilns - Charlestown due to an RTC. “Traffic is heavy in the area.
