Salon cancels woman's appointment last minute after she tells them she's a nurse

A nurse had her hair appointment cancelled at the last minute by a salon who didn't want to risk taking her because she worked in a hospital.

The salon has been criticised by the woman's mother, who branded the policy "unfair" on frontline workers. Mairie says her daughter was left really upset at the last minute cancellation and said other hero workers may be unaware that they might not be able to get haircuts while the pandemic is still here, DublinLive reports.
