But now, seven months on, the Strictly: It Takes Two host is in a much better place. Although he doesn't want to start dating again just yet, the presenter did tell us what any potential lovers need to do to sweep him off his feet at No7's Pro Derm Scan launch party.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Rylan said: "My dream man is someone f****** decent, who is proud of me, who is happy when I walk through the door, who treats me with f****** respect, who loves me, makes me laugh and me do exactly the same for them – that’s my dream man.
