Romelu Lukaku and Mamadou Sakho have joked about an infamous clash between the pair during an Instagram Live chat. Ex-Everton forward Lukaku and former Liverpool defender Sakho went head-to-head during a heated Merseyside derby at Goodison Park in October 2015, with both players ultimately having to be restrained by their teammates.
But the duo showed there is no longer any bad blood between them during a lockdown chat on Lukaku's Instagram account. The Belgian international praised Sakho - who is now at Crystal Palace - during the chat, saying: "You are one of the players that, if I had you on my team, I would go to war with, and this is the reason why."
