The Premier League season has not even re-started yet, and rival fans are already accusing Manchester City of having an unfair advantage in the final games due to a newly-announced rule change agreed by all clubs.
It was announced on Thursday that Premier League clubs have agreed a temporary change which will allow teams to name nine substitutes and use five in a single match.
Clubs will still only have three opportunities to stop a game to make these substitutions, however.
