Former Sky Sports presenter Richard Keys says he understands that Clive Tyldesley will feel hurt over the decision to replace him as ITV's No.1 football commentator, but thinks the move is nothing compared to his own experience of being dropped.
Tyldesley released an emotional video on social media on Tuesday confirming that ITV had bumped him down to their No.2 commentator, with Sam Matterface replacing him as No.1.
The veteran broadcaster received plenty of well-wishes after the decision, but Keys says that Tyldesley could have had it worse.
