ITV 's main man over the summer, with the veteran admitting he was "baffled". And it's now been announced that Tyldesley will be providing commentary for Rangers TV this season, and will be in the chair for the first home game of the season against St Mirren.
He'll share commentary duties with Ibrox favourite Tom Miller while Scottish football remains behind closed doors. Rangers have also put together an all-star punditry line-up, with contributions from Graeme Souness and Walter Smith.
Neil McCann and Alex Rae will also provide analysis, with the team completed by Scotland women's team coach Shelley Kerr. In addition, Nikola Katic will be a Rangers TV regular as he continues his recovery from injury.
