Queen's emotional speech at the COP26 climate summit last week shows a "greater closeness between" Prince William and Prince Charles, according to a royal expert.The 95-year-old monarch addressed world leaders via video as she was forced to miss out on the summit following her recent health scare.In the address she called for action on climate change and urged those present to "rise above the politics of the moment and achieve true statesmanship".
She also heaped praise onto her family.Her Majesty said: "It is a source of great pride to me that the leading role my husband played in encouraging people to protect our fragile planet lives on through the work of our eldest son Charles and his eldest son William.
