The Queen is expected to return to Windsor Castle today after a pre-Christmas break in Norfolk. The 95-year-old monarch spent six days at Sandringham and is understood to be feeling "refreshed" after spending time at her later husband Prince Philip's former home, Wood Farm on the vast countryside estate, reports the Daily Mirror.
The cottage is where the Duke of Edinburgh spent the majority of his final years since retiring in 2017 until his death in April this year, aged 99.
