Princess Catherine gets in on the fun during a visit to the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust on Tuesday (May 16) in Bath, England.
The Princess of Wales participated in a fun bean bag game before chatting with young athletes. The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, according to their website, “puts world class athletes shoulder to shoulder with young people.
Equipping them with a winning mindset and shaping their futures – it’s a teammate like no other.” “Whether that’s building relationship skills, improving self-esteem or learning to stay focused, our sporting champions help the next generation move forward with confidence,” the mission statement concludes.
During her visit, which came during Mental Health Awareness Week, Kate spoke and heard from students who were participating in a program called “On Track To Achieve.” The initiative is designed for individuals between the ages of 11 and 19, with the purpose of assisting young people facing social, emotional, or mental health difficulties.
