Prince Andrew is being sued by Jeffrey Epstein's alleged victim Virginia Roberts Giuffre, who is accusing the royal of abusing her when she was 17 years old.The Duke is currently at Balmoral with the Queen which, according to The Independent, grants him a "level of privacy".
However, there may be another reason for the Prince's speedy excursion to Scotland. On Loose Women, the panelists claimed that the jaunt could possibly offer Andrew what is known as "sovereign immunity." The clause, which exempts the Queen from arrest comes with some interesting conditions which mean that Andrew would be able to withstand arrest if he remains in her presence.
