Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
Piers Morgan made a very cryptic tweet just minutes before ITV confirmed he has quit Good Morning Britain. The controversial TV presenter has stepped down from his role on the daytime show alongside co-star Susanna Reid after Ofcom revealed they received more than 41,000 complaints over his comments about Meghan Markle.
In a statement released by ITV bosses, they confirmed Piers has made the decision to quit. And just 10 minutes before the announcement broke, the TV star tweeted out a photo of a clock with "tick tock" written below it.
His tweet suggests he was counting down to the statement being released. GMB viewers flocked to the comments section of his tweet and were convinced he had posted it to hint he was resigning.
