Good Morning Britain bosses have held a crisis meeting over how Patsy Palmer's interview was handled, according to reports.The former Eastender star cut a zoom interview chat short after seeing herself referred to as an 'addict' on screen in text written by her name.It left bosses concerned about the ITV show's reputation, reports The Sun.The talks come as Piers Morgan, who quit the show last week after walking off-set, has reportedly been given a new show to celebrate his success with Life Stories.A show source said to the outlet: “On Thursday, the GMB production team were summoned to a meeting about the handling of Patsy’s chat.“Her interview was viewed as a disaster."It was made clear to some members of the team that this was a crisis.
