Perth car service garage has warned that there could be a number of “dangerous” vehicles on the region’s roads if mandatory inspections continue to be put on hold.
Calum McIntosh, who opened McIntosh Autocare in 2016, has pleaded with the UK Government to cut short its six month MOT extension strategy, which denotes that car, van or motorcycle’s MOT expiry date be extended by six months if it was due on or after March 30.Those using the extension, brought in due to the coronavirus lockdown, were also told they “must keep [their] vehicle safe to drive”.
