Perth and Kinross councillor has slammed the council administration for not doing more to protect council tenants from flooding.
The region is still counting the costs of the August 11/12 flooding - the worst in Perth and Kinross since 1993. Over 200 Perth and Kinross properties were flooded internally with many more affected externally.

Earlier this month Perth and Kinross Council’s executive director of housing and environment Barbara Renton told councillors homeowners and businesses had a responsibility to protect their properties from flooding.
