Matt Hancock slammed by Celeb SAS co-star as he insists 'No one likes the guy'

The stars of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins have opened up about working with politician Matt Hancock on the show, with instructor Rudy Reyes revealing "everybody doesn't like the guy". This year's series sees the likes of singer Gareth Gates, model Danielle Lloyd, TOWIE's James 'Arg' Argent and Olympic athlete Perri Shakes-Drayton tackle the ultimate Channel 4 challenge, although fans were shocked to learn that Matt Hancock - the Health Secretary during the COVID-19 pandemic - was also taking part. It seems the public weren't the only ones with reservations, with contestant and footballer Jermaine Pennant admitting that he had to leave his feelings about Matt and his political career at the door.

Ant Middleton savagely mocks 'uglier' SAS Who Dares Wins replacement Rudy Reyes after axe
Ant Middleton poked fun at his SAS Who Dares Wins replacement, Rudy Reyes, as he joined in with Twitter fans in a display of mockery of the new star. The former star of the show made his feelings only too clear after Channel 4 announced last year that they would be parting ways with him permanently as their "views and values are not aligned".Yesterday the ousted adventurer applauded one of his Twitter fans, @TubbyNo8, for taking aim at his replacement. The fan joked: "Reminds me [of] when Rachel dated Russ in friends…. Looks like Ross but is not Ross…"He’s got a beard and dark hair but he ain’t you Ant… come back !!"Ant enclosed a laughter emoji, exclaiming: "You guys are killing me… Keep em coming!"The Zero Negativity author wasn't quite living up to the title of his book when he tore into Rudy himself, although he later insisted it was all in good fun."If a US Marine tried to run a Delta Force selection process, he would be laughed at and get a good old fashion kickin'," he added in another Twitter rant.Commenting on the physical similarity between the two men, who are both muscular with black hair, another follower joked in reply: "They tried to make the other guy look like you with a wig on."Ant then mischievously retorted that his rival was also "uglier".After another one of his 326,000 followers dismissed the latest format as "p*ss poor", Ant instantly agreed: "Of course it is!!!"I built that show from the ground up.

SAS Who Dares Wins fans fume at 'unfair' show as two winners are announced in final
SAS: Who Dares Wins fans were left unimpressed as two winners were announced in the show’s final episode.During the finale for the show’s seventh series, it was announced that 8th recruit Paige and 18th recruit Shylla are the two contestants who have passed the course. The pair have taken on the gruelling challenge deep in the Jordan desert and underwent extreme mental and physical challenges throughout the series.Chief instructor Rudy Reyes revealed the news to the women and said: “What you need to pass this course, the strength, grit, resilience and the spirit to drive on, you have all excelled.”He also said that it is “not the size of the dog in the fight” that matters, but the “size of the fight in the dog,” which he accredited to “an undying passion to be the best”.However, fans took to Twitter to share their thoughts on the win.One wrote: “It doesn't seem fair that the other two failed."Another added: “You’d be absolutely gutted to get to the very end and not pass the course wouldn’t you? Brutal!"Others, however, were loving the programme as one tweeted: "Amazing job to 8 & 18!! Great job! Very inspirational."Someone else gushed: "Wow, what determination! Another great series. Well done to all those candidates who took part as it looked gruelling.
