We had one of those rewarding conversations that left me buzzing for days afterwards.“Funny, charming, talented and kind… Thank you for having me on the podcast Rob!”In February, she revealed it has taken her "such a long time to do what works for [her]" as she opened up about her health and staying in shape.In an interview with OK! magazine, the Love Actually star noted that she didn't like to discuss her weight but told how she stays in shape by following the 80/20 rule diet.The 80/20 diet advises that followers should eat healthy meals 80% of the time, with less nutritious options permitted for the other 20% of the time.Martine said at the time: “I think it takes a long time to work out what your own recipe is.“It's taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that's out there, and do just what works for me.“So it's not as simple as just going on a crazy diet.

Emily Atack, has said she receives pictures of “about 10 penises I have not asked to see” before breakfast every day. The popular actress, 32, told The Mirror : “If someone sends me a sexually explicit message, I’m like, ‘Why have they said that to me?’ “It makes you question who you are and why you’re single.”The Celebrity Juice panelist, whose exes are said to include England ace Jack Grealish, singer Harry Styles and comedian Seann Walsh added: "I try and stay away from things that aren’t good for me."It’s hard when you are a little mischievous, like me!”Emily added that: “Sometimes some people and some things are just not meant for you."Emily is still best known for the role she shot to fame playing when she was 18 – schoolgirl Charlotte Hinchcliffe on the E4 sitcom The Inbetweeners from 2008 to 2010.She admitted it was strange filming intimate scenes with co-star Simon Bird - who played Will McKenzie - because of the age gap between the pair.Emily, who was 17 at the time whilst Simon was in his late 20s, recalled the embarrassing moment she tried to break the tension.Speaking on Rob Brydon’s podcast, she said: 'He had to get on top of me and I remember thinking I'm going to have to say something to break the ice, and I said, "How does it feel being on top of a 17-year-old?"'He was like, "You're 17! 'Family comes first' Rob Brydon shares stark warning that forced him to turn down roles
Saga Magazine in their latest issue, Rob revealed he has turned down West End musicals after receiving a warning about the impact this could have on his family life.He said: "I've always wanted to do something... proper."I would have signed up for a big West End musical, but I was warned about the impact that has on your family."My two youngest, Tom and George, are 13 and ten, so it's an important time for me to be with them."Similarly, Rob also detailed the reasons why he has not tried to make it in Hollywood.He continued: "When anyone asks me about going to Hollywood, I give them the same answer."If it means being away from Clare and the kids for six months, I'm not interested."Maybe when they've finished school but, at the moment, family comes first."Rob and Clare married in 2006, with the pair meeting when she was working on The South Bank Show.Their son Tom was born in 2008, and George in 2011.Rob has three children Katie, Amy and Harry from his marriage to Martina.The marriage lasted from 1992, with the pair's divorce finalised in 2000.The actor was actually school friends with Ruth Jones, the creator of Gavin & Stacey.They both joined the drama group at Porthcawl Comprehensive School in South Wales.Detailing when Ruth asked him to play Bryn, he said: "Thank god she did."I'd been auditioning and knocking on doors for over 20 years."At one point, I was even a presenter on a shopping channel.
