Martine McCutcheon showed off the results of her recent weight loss with a sizzling Instagram snap.The former EastEnders star added a picture to her stories in which she wore a pale blue polka dot dress, with her dark hair tied back in a ponytail.In reference to the recent unpredictable weather, the actress and singer wrote: “Bring back the sun.”The 46-year-old later also shared several shots of her with Gavin and Stacey star Rob Brydon as she revealed that she was a guest on his Brydon & podcast.Sporting denim jeans with a black turtle-neck jumper, Martine gives a surprised-looking Rob a cheeky kiss in one of the snaps.In a caption accompanying the pictures, Martine said: “What an absolute pleasure to be invited to chat to the amazingly brilliant @robbrydon for his podcast.“I’m a big fan and he was everything I hoped he’d be and more.

magazine, the Love Actually star noted that she didn't like to discuss her weight but told how she stays in shape by following the 80/20 rule diet.The 80/20 diet advises that followers should eat healthy meals 80% of the time, with less nutritious options permitted for the other 20% of the time.Martine said at the time: “I think it takes a long time to work out what your own recipe is.“It's taken me such a long time to look through all the stuff that's out there, and do just what works for me.“So it's not as simple as just going on a crazy diet.
