Michael Barrymore has accused ITV producers of "abuse" behind the scenes of Dancing On Ice, amid the scandal currently plaguing rival BBC show Strictly Come Dancing.The comedian, 72, was set to appear on the 2019 series of Dancing On Ice but had to pull out after breaking his wrist during training. And following allegations about the treatment of celebrity contestants Amanda Abbington and Zara McDermott on Strictly, Michael has claimed that he saw 'the same - if not worse' on Dancing On Ice.

The lawyer alleged the real reason the editor knew so much about Diana’s friendship with Barrymore was because “the Mirror had been listening in to her messages”.
