Kit Harington has suggested that there were “mistakes made, story-wise” at the end of Game Of Thrones.The hit HBO fantasy series wrapped up its eight-season run in 2019, though the final episodes sparked a backlash from fans, with a petition to re-write the season attracting over 1 million signatures.Harington, who played Jon Snow in the series, has now reflected on the final season, admitting that “everyone is entitled to their opinion”.“I think there were mistakes made, story-wise, towards the end maybe,” he told GQ. “I think there were some interesting choices that didn’t quite work.”The actor also looked back on how he felt around the time they made the last season, admitting that the cast “were all so fucking tired”.“I think if there was any fault with the end of Thrones, is that we were all so fucking tired, we couldn’t have gone on longer,” he said.“And so I understand some people thought it was rushed and I might agree with them.

Naman Ramachandran Actor George MacKay has reunited with his “For Those in Peril” director Paul Wright for “Mission.” Backed by BBC Film, Screen Scotland and Ffilm Cymru Wales with funding from the U.K. National Lottery, “Mission” is a co-production between Early Day Films (“Bait”) and 65 Wilding Films (“Baltimore”). The project was developed with Screen Scotland and BBC Film.

Caroline Brew editor Maisie Williams, who rose to fame at the age of 12, reflected on her experience portraying Arya Stark in “Game of Thrones.” Having played the role for the entirety of her teen years from 2011 to 2019, she said she had trouble feeling “comfortable in my own skin.” “I was so lost for so long and I knew that I was, and when I couldn’t pin down what I felt my identity was within that, it brought me a lot of discomfort,” Williams told The Sunday Times. “It’s hard to even put myself back there and talk about how tough it was just because I think it’s done.” The 26-year-old actor furthered that “playing characters has been so enthralling,” but she did that during “a really formative time in my life,” making it difficult to form an identity outside of acting.
