BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin has conquered another physical challenge after she learnt how to free dive under ice in the heart of Finland.The 53-year-old star took to her Instagram account on Monday (March 21) evening to share the snaps she took from the once in a life time experience which she shared with some of her friends as she confessed she needed time to recover from the nail-biting temperatures.After leaving the depths of Gwrych Castle behind her during last year’s edition of I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here!, the mum-of-two decided to challenge herself with another physically demanding hobby.In the collage of snaps she shared from the experience, the blonde bombshell could be seen wearing a woolly bobble hat on top of her head to help preserve the heat in the chilly weather.The TV presenter looked incredible as she submerged into the ice-cold water in a long-sleeved swimming costume which left her long legs vulnerable to the elements.Still managing to smile her way through the challenge, Louise told her 128,000 followers: "What an extraordinary experience."To be persuaded to get into freezing water with the awesome ice-swimming queens, what a stunning country Finland is, an incredible place to learn to free dice under ice."I will tell you more when I have recovered from the exhilaration!" she confessed.Fans soon flooded to her comments section as they congratulated her on the completion of her latest daring challenge.One user penned: "Great pictures, from the smiles on your faces it looks like you all had the best time [applause emoji]."Another added: "I am well impressed.
