Holly Willoughby: This Morning host's unexpected change as she talks pregnancy

Holly Willoughby made a candid admission as she opened up about her struggles with hair loss.The mum-of-three told This Morning viewers today that her hair fell out after she gave birth to her children.The 40-year-old admitted she was left with "tufts" along her hairline as a result of her three pregnancies.The ITV favourite spoke candidly about her concerns during the programme.They were joined by a hair expert on the show, where Holly admitted her pregnancy brought some unexpected changes."After pregnancy, that whole front bit of my hair just fell out, these bits here."A surprised Josie Gibson - who stood in for Phillip Schofield on the programme - remarked: "Did you end up with little tufts of hair?"Pointing to her hairline, Holly replied: "Yeah here, and then it all grew back."Hair expert Lisa Caddy confirmed the phenomena,  as she admitted it was common amongst women.She said: "That's really common, hair loss from hormonal changes, from nutritional deficiencies, thyroid dysfunction there are so many causes."Lisa added if you're worried about your hair make sure not to skip any meals, including protein, as hair is made up of protein.The This Morning presenter and her husband Dan Baldwin have been married for 14 years and the couple shares three children together -  Harry, 12, Belle, 10, and seven-year-old Chester.Holly rarely shares pictures of her children, preferring to keep them out of the spotlight, but she does share glimpses into her home life on social media.Meanwhile, the ITV host returned to the show on Thursday morning after being absent for two weeks.Louise Minchin sends out call for help over 'recovery' fears[LATEST]Susanna Reid steals the show on GMB in plunging red dress[PICTURES]Amanda Holden reacts as.
