Louise Minchin, 53, is an dedicated athlete and regularly takes part in walks and runs, documenting her successes to her many fans.The former BBC Breakfast presenter hosted an episode of Her Spirit, where she was left in "tears" when speaking to Hannah Ingram-Moore.Hannah spoke to Louise in the podcast about the benefits of walking and February's challenge, Feet First February.Her father, Sir Captain Tom Moore had a love of walking and Hannah told Louise about the walks the family had planned.She said to Louise: "You have inspired me and my family to connect with that incredible community that's out there."Louise, startled by Hannah's comment said: "Oh god you have made me all teary."I wasn't expecting tears this early on."Hannah is the co-founder of the Maytrix Group and the Captain Tom foundation, which along with her father and her family, was established to ensure the message of hope and kindness he ignited becomes a lasting legacy.The Her Spirit podcast is part of a community for women to come together to find a fitter, healthier and happier self.Louise has just finished taking part in a month-long bike journey through Argentina, with athlete Mimi Anderson.On Louise's return on Thursday, former Olympian Chris Hoy tweeted: "Don't forget this evening's #DoddieAid on @GoSwift starts at 6.15pm sharp!"@Louiseminchin is back from Argentina to be our super sweeper, it's 25km and it'll be short and sharp."In view of her 242,100 followers Louise responded: "This is going to be quite a recovery ride!"I have no idea how I am going to feel."If anyone would like to help me at the back I would be delighted!!"Many took to the comments to share their support for the ex BBC Breakfast presenter.JosephW4700433 said: "Best of luck.
