Meanwhile police are investigating after two youths were spotted trying to break into a Johnstone school.A member of the school staff happened to be driving past at around 7.05pm on Thursday night when he saw the pair attempting to get inside.He was able to scare them away but the suspects made off and damage to a door was discovered.Inspector O’Hare added: “If you saw two males acting suspiciously in the area around Thorn Primary School in Johnstone either before or after the incident then we would like to hear from you.”Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111..
