Frustrated passengers arriving back from Dubai 'jumped over' the passport control barriers at Heathrow as what was described as mutiny broke out.
Adnan Raza claimed the London airport briefly descended into chaos on Saturday afternoon among tired travellers who had been forced to book indirect flights following the UK's UAE ban.
The 34-year-old car trader said the automated passport machines suddenly malfunctioned and people leapt over the barrier before security stepped in.
