Viola Davis (“Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom”) and Kate Winslet (“Ammonite”) are both on the hunt for their second trophy while Michele Pfeiffer (“French Exit”), Carey Mulligan (“Promising Young Woman”), and, once again, Amy Adams (“Hillbilly Elegy”) are hoping for their first.
