JOE Wicks smashed one final goal in 2020 — by getting Sir Mo Farah to help him beat his personal best in a 5K run in his local park.
The keep-fit guru looked set to fail on his ambition to run the distance in less than 19 minutes 30 seconds before the New Year.
But with one day of 2020 left, YouTube star Joe, 34, asked Olympic hero Sir Mo — famed for his MoBot celebration — to run with him.
The pair stunned dog walkers and strollers as four-time gold medallist Mo, 37, acted as pacemaker. And dad-of-two Joe smashed his personal best by nearly a minute to register a super-fast time of 18:45.
