Olympian AJ Rosen has passed away age 37 following a battle with cancer, it has been announced.The luge athlete, who was born in the United States, passed away on Sunday 19 December following a "ferocious battle" with the disease.

Luge GB's official Twitter page announced the sad news as they wrote: "With great sadness we announce that 3x @TeamGB Olympian AJ Rosen passed away this morning following a ferocious battle against cancer. "AJ was not only one of the greatest ever GB Luge Olympians, he was also the friendliest and most down-to-earth person you could ever wish to meet".
