Boris Johnson's spokesman has refused to rule out extending the ban in parts of northern England on meeting your friends and family indoors.
People in Greater Manchester, and parts of Lancashire and West Yorkshire, were banned on Friday from meeting anyone from another household.
The ban applies to all indoor places including pubs, as well as private gardens - but not parks, beaches or pub beer gardens.
When Boris Johnson announced the restrictions on Friday, he said "at this stage" they would not apply to the whole of England.
