Nikki Grahame's death following her lifelong battle with anorexia has sparked an internal investigation by Dorset County Hospital after her family expressed fears that she had been discharged too early.
The Big Brother star, who died earlier this month at 38 years old, had been receiving treatment at a clinic in Dorchester after her condition worsened during lockdown.
Her friends had managed to raise £69,000 through a Go Fund Me page for specialist treatment, however the star never made it to the eating disorder clinic as there were no beds available at the time.
Nikki had instead been treated at Dorset County Hospital, where she stayed for three weeks before leaving on April 9 for a "more relaxed" private treatment at home.
