Nikki Grahame's death has sparked an internal investigation by the hospital where she was treated after her family expressed fears she had been discharged too early.
The Big Brother star, who died earlier this month at 38 years old following follow a three-decade battle with anorexia, had been receiving treatment at a clinic in Dorchester.
Her friends had managed to raise £69,000 through a Go Fund Me page for specialist treatment after her eating disorder worsened during lockdown.
However, the star never made it to the eating disorder clinic as there were no beds available at the time, The Mirror reports.
