Nicola Sturgeon has warned that the lockdown restrictions will be tightened again if Scots ignore the rules about travel and meeting others.

Last week the rules were relaxed meaning that for the first time since March people were allowed to meet others from one household outdoors while maintaining social distancing.

Police Scotland issued 797 dispersal orders across the country on Saturday - five times the number given out the week before - while transport usage was up 60 per cent.
