Jeremy Clarkson's daughter Emily has revealed that she happier than ever after finally being able to "let go" when it comes to body image.The 27-year-old social media influencer often uses her platform to discuss incredibly important issues and more recently she ventured onto the subject of body confidence.Emily explained in a honest post that she had struggled with feeling "hungry" and "tired" as she struggled to find inner love with the person looking back at her in the mirror.However, after turning the tides and setting herself free she's decided to "let her self go" and says it has been the "kindest thing" she has ever done for herself.Sharing an image of herself in a bikini running towards the sea, the TV star's daughter penned: "Sometimes I look at old photos and I compare myself to how I look now and I think 'oh f**k have I let myself go' because I look different now you know?"And then I really sit with that thought and I think… I have… and how f***ing great is that?"Because I think back to me of then and beyond the aesthetics I remember everything else!!"She recalled: "I remember how tired I was, how, tightly I held, how hungry and sad and small I was and I realise that now I look down and I don't see calloused hands from holding on so tight…"I don't see somebody that is hungry or tired, or anything other than happy.
