Maradona passed away last week after suffering a cardiac arrest and Neymar is among those to have paid tribute to the 1986 World Cup winner.
Speaking to Eleven Sports, Neymar recalled meeting Maradona when he was a youngster at Santos and travelling to a Brazil vs Argentina legends game on the Argentinian team bus.
Maradona went out of his way to make Neymar feel welcome and took a photo with the future Barcelona and PSG superstar, something Neymar says he will "never forget"."I had just a few contacts with Maradona, but I'll never forget the one when I was 12 or 13 years old," Neymar.
