The latest episode of the sci-fi series continued to examine the passengers onboard the titular gigantic train that travels the frozen wasteland that Earth has become in the future.
A strict class system and horrific levels of inequality on the train mean that the unbalanced power dynamics lead to some dark scenes of abuse.
The new instalment saw a young man who seemed to be in his late teens forced to give oral sex to a corrupt police officer on the train in order to obtain medicine for his mother, who had been amputated instead of her young daughter as a punishment by the authorities for a failed uprising.
