Former Sex Pistols frontman John ‘Johnny Rotten’ Lydon is caring for his wife full-time as she battles Alzheimer’s disease.The 64-year-old married German heiress Nora Forster, 78, in 1979 and first revealed she was suffering from dementia last year.According to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, the Anarchy in the U.K.

hitmaker said he is now caring for his wife full-time, as he feels love is the best way to care for her.“Nora has Alzheimer’s… I am her full-time carer and I won’t let anyone mess up with her head,” the rocker explained. “For me the real person is still there.
