Neighbour from hell, 75, slapped with ankle tag after throwing poo at couple next door

cat has been made to wear an electronic tag for the terror she subjected the couple to.Barbera Minns, from Falmouth, dished out the harassment to victims Adele Richards and Gary Authers over a several-year period.The 75-year-old “nightmare neighbour” left the pair feeling “extremely frustrated and anxious” and “constantly on edge”.Minns was originally sentenced in 2018 to a 36-week suspended prison sentence, and also faced a restraining order to stop her from interacting with her terrified neighbours.But this week she was called back before West Cornwall Magistrates' Court for a breach of the restraining order on May 22 last year.Prosecutor Chris Rendall said the victims were in their Cornwall home at around 2pm when they heard a commotion in their back garden.Minns was in the garden screaming: “They’re bullies, they're f**ing bullies, they know I am here on my own."After ringing an ambulance for their elderly neighbour, she seemed to calm down before confronting the pair again.Rendall explained: "They left their address at 5pm and as they left Minns was standing in the front porch talking to a maintenance man.

She then came up to them ranting and raving telling them to 'F off'."Miss Richards said she shouldn't be speaking to them because of the restraining order."That led to a continuance of the abuse; she then prodded her hand out at his right hand he had raised in a defensive manner and struck him in the chest with her hand."In a victim personal statement read out in court, Adele said her neighbour’s behaviour had turned her life upside-down.She said: "We feel extremely frustrated and anxious, we are constantly on edge because Minns is unpredictable.
