Loved-up bride Monique Stallworth wore a full-length white gown with floaty veil and surrounded herself with heart-shaped balloons when she said “I do” to the man of her dreams.
But that is where all the traditional wedding customs stopped. Because her groom, a convicted killer, was wearing prison garb – and the happy couple tied the knot in a maximum security prison, where he has been sentenced to spend at least 60 years for murder.
Nail technician Monique, 33, had accepted a proposal from Arthur “Art” McCall – a former gang member who blasted a man to death 12 years ago.
Despite vowing to have and to hold each other at their wedding in February, they have never been able to consummate the marriage.
