A mum-of-two has described how she was left 'frightened' and reduced to tears over the number of shoppers she witnessed inside an Aldi.
The NHS worker claims she counted 20 people in one aisle alone during a trip to the branch in Trent Vale, Stoke-on-Trent. The woman - who has not been named - goes to the store every week and says usually there are staff members stopping too many people going inside due to lockdown social distancing rules.
However, on this occasion she claims no one was monitoring the door, reports StokeonTrentLive. She was so shocked by the number of people inside, she left her shopping and went to Tesco.
