Vanessa Anne Hudgens (born December 14, 1988) is an American actress and singer. After making her feature film debut in Thirteen (2003), Hudgens rose to fame portraying Gabriella Montez in the High School Musical film series (2006–2008), which brought her significant mainstream success.
The success of the first film led to Hudgens' acquiring a recording contract with Hollywood Records, with whom she released two studio albums, V (2006) and Identified (2008).
There are only a few more hours until the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest of All Time special. The event, which will be hosted by Vanessa Hudgens, is taking place in lieu of the regular award show that usually happen every June. Vanessa will be there to help highlight the biggest and best moments in film and television from the 1980s until now.
MTV has revealed a lot of honorees for the show, and just announced all the celeb guests that will be part of the show. Lily Collins, Drew Barrymore, Adam Sandler and Robert Downey, Jr. are just some of the big names stopping by.
The special will also hand out awards for the following categories: Scream Queen, Legendary Lip Lock, Heartbreaking Break-Up, Zero to Hero and She-Ro, among others.
