The cast of Moulin Rouge appeared at the 2021 U.S. Open to get fans excited about the show’s return to Broadway! Aaron Tveit, Natalie Mendoza, and more stars of the show performed before the match between Naomi Osaka and Marie Bouzkova on Monday (August 30) at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York City. Aaron, who originated the role of Christian, and Natalie, who is the musical’s new Satine, performed the duet “Come What May.” Co-stars Jaqueline B.
Arnold, Robyn Hurder, Holly James, and Jeigh Madjus performed the National Anthem with Aaron and they also performed the show’s opening number, “Lady Marmalade.” Moulin Rouge will resume performances at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre on September 24.
